Yesterday both Robot broke down, Robot 2 Stand not lift, Thinner not flow
Robot 1 older pins bended, exhurt not working

Mount Yamaha delay, X11J day delay 39 mins
Yamaha 18 mins, 669L plan mistake
Insp T/F 4.61 % Yamaha 73pcs scratch black and white, 2nd round mostly pin hole

301 Lid FP drop due to T/F increase SQ5G convayer speed wipping chemical not complete evaporate, due to mount too slow...

ount 3E00 delay 1 hr ++ due to spray washer pipe broke

3E00 gloss NG 50 pcs. may be paint defect'

Robot error onthe conveyer and rat bit the wire stand wouldn't pop up

3E00 order for this month reduce by 2000.

Insp T/F 4.09% defect mostly YAMAHA and 3E00

Insp 2 301L cup needle hole 30 pcs. may be due to Yamaha cut in the middle of Origin production (YAMAHA managment visit)

Yesterday many delay both shift 2 hrs+ , Yamaha defect too much stop prod to later time

Night shift rat cut the wire to robots



Yamaha still have film crack problem, c

FIlm ขาด, Scatch, ยับ and pinhole nearly same percentage...



need to change T/F condition for blue color, will continune testing with New Prod Engineers



Still got paint run 45 pcs. (Blue)



Inspect T/F Day defect 6.32%

669L armrest found plastic crack new location, and there are some barric on edge of parts

3E00, silver defect , NO metelic dust in RO water tank,,, Normal water OK testing so far OK will test one more time today
Old sray jigs have been taking out of the line

R/C sanding dust, InT/F wipe every piece will test sticky closth wiping before spray washer...

Sat. testing found that parts are clean if continune process but if hold in the cart the dust will accumulate, test include complete cleaning of part at loading point the result are vey good up to 100% FP on No.2

X11J film roll at edges and Yamaha film not cover both cause delay, 669L not process due to paint quality...

Origin Paint still have problems but some how problem not occure on evey parts



X11J too shinny



Yamaha Insp T/F have not try repairing due to no paint will try using Film but can only do on the small pin hold.



301 Armrest customers still not accept non making so need to hold those parts with film on clip



Test SW Pe Jade version look good but a little film stressed

QA FG all will be train for T/F and Mount

3E00 stop and go 44 mins delay due to film edge not sharp cut causing film unstable in water

Yamaha Night delay 1:45 hr. delay...



Many Trasfer defect at Insp T/F



3E00 oil defect 66 pcs. all in same position, on Sat also happen...

PCI Meeting:



3E00 silver flake defect on the parts are increasing and defect get bigger,



gas curing oven cleaning burner chamber and filter will test and check dust level both end of oven before and after turn on,



Paint filter mesh found in water in robot booth, PCI to set system visual control between New, Wash and scrap filter...

Robot report, that the check valve near CCV may be in bad condiion, Axis 1 and 2 on Robot 1 always error etc.

Mount Day 3E00 x2 delay stop and go, Wate Temp is too high 32-33 at the begining

NIght R/C masking delay

Insp 1 5.59%(No BT) @5867 pcs. YAMAHA reject pinholes need lower dipping angle the curent angle indicator not fine enough

Planing yesterday 669L Granish R parts not in as plan from suppler,
Mount 3E00 10 mins delay
X11J 10 mins delay x 2
and 669L Granish R as aboved

InspT/F 2.91% defect @ 5756 pcs. input

3E00 need to put the masking cover again due to FIlm ขาด downside is when wipping part the silver on cover spill to parts.

Oil Drip in oven leave make on hangers

Yamaha Paint run problems, some color fade in pink color...

60+% first time of this month due to very little 669L processes,
pass 2 weeks night shift F/P higher than day shift may be dur to temperature and humidity

Today current plan will end 12:00 and if 3E00 came in on time will have additional 3 hrs Working time

Party adjust Air Balance in Masking room, now + but need some precise doors control

Masking room FP 71% due to less work and worker can clean masking jigs cover every 4 time painting

669L still have many problems, start using new jigs which are very heavy and the setting created much pinholes, Robots also have many problems the turntable is now nearly stop, the pump is mulfunction causing many defect

Got my Agitator order from IWATA

TKT K Pakong came to discuss 669L delivery and now we use substrate 16% scrape still can not close order

Production mount finish at 3 pm.

3E00 mold brok down today so no parts for a while

To TCT mainly to talk to Justin Impac, their team have observed TCT production at night time and find out many of our know weak point such as so much talking during work, the start time of Insp 2 etc...

Production found that yesterday day shift FP not good may be due to booth efficiency drop and after end shift cleaning night shift back to normal we need better review of cleaning frequency

High Humidity in T/F room, Temp is OK



Mold for 669L 4 holes brokedown TKT send for repair ETC Friday



Many defect are related to the cleanliness of surface, it is possible that the spray washer is not effective

Test Film Taiwan Camry design : a little too dark, othewise look ok, the PVA difficult to wash off

Removed Plastic cover on the new booth T/C room to reinstate the air balance

This morning start T/F Yamaha for Suncolor

669L Arerest 4 holds deformation problems: TKT testinjection with add weight to the 4 holes part causing the one hole to be NG,still no clear direction

Report from TSLA that K. Suvit would not issue any letter or MOU until TCT paid for the pending amount.


Inspection of T/C room found satisfaction result on the cement work over the week end, the Gas oven entrance floor look good the water draining also look good, now wait M/T to install proper pump. There are an electrical short-circuit due to pump and computer sharing same outlet

M/T will change the power line and pump and will install Fire distinguisher one at Insp, two at T/C area



FP drop to 44%


Additional 1 hr. delay due to misunderstanding on the mount T/F

3E00 delay 13 mins. due to expansion roll adjustment off position.



669L still pulling FP down beside seeding there are lot of paint run, orange peel, on armrest


night shift have more crater and thread, need check mixing process


669L masking jig will need a week to complete, TCT will mask the parts for now but the quality is questionable, QA and Engineer will go to TKT to clean spec and will need TOYOTA decision for temporary acceptation, The masking jig we have only one set, additional caps are being order, TCT will go ahead and order base as well

I order production start delay 2 hrs. due to T/C room not ready and big mess due to construction (Ties change, and cement work on on the long weekend)

Changing new compressed air filter for all paint in T/C room and change new host for paint and air guns but no paint guns hanger so I asked M/T to design and install oneright away,

There were report fro QA that there are some WISH pill off on Sat.
669L T/C FP is up unknowing on Sat.

Start proper training on 4 new engineers for Mount T/F and Sanding 1,2 FII
not really good, we will need training for trainner

669L masking jigs broke down unrepairable CB will replace the cap for us but will take time ??? what we gona do ???
